Argyle Business Centre initially offers a licence option to its clients. Lease options are at the discretion of the Board and are not obligatory. The minimum licence period is one week to enable "easy-in, easy-out" flexibility. Rental charges exclude service charges and VAT.
Prior to accepting a tenant, Argyle Business Centre requires two trade or personal references, plus a bank reference. Accommodation is at the discretion of the Board, who reserve the right to obtain additional information and financial sureties against any tenancy.
All rent is payable weekly unless specifically agreed and sanctioned by the Board to the contrary. Tenants are required to meet all their own fit-out costs in relation to their units and to meet all statutory and legislative requirements in relation to their units.
